We are convinced that well-being starts on the plate . Our recipes favor healthy, balanced and gourmet cuisine based on fresh, organic products when available, plant-based as much as possible, to gently nourish your body. Our entire menu, from savory dishes to pastries, is homemade . Enjoying quality cuisine should not rhyme with excessive spending, which is why we offer, in addition to the menu, a main course + dessert + drink formula for 15€ and we strive to maintain our prices without compromising on the quality of the products .

We cultivate close ties with local producers. Everything is prepared using local, seasonal ingredients sourced locally. We select local wines from Cheverny and beers from the Guillaume brewery in Cour-Cheverny. Fruits and vegetables are purchased on the farm, as are dairy products. All meat is sourced exclusively from France.

How would you describe your cooking?
“My cuisine is simple and authentic. I offer homemade dishes, highlighting quality local products. I always try to offer a variety of dishes with vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options, allowing everyone to find something that suits them, whatever their diet. Very attentive to health through nutrition, I offer gourmet but balanced dishes. I am inspired by different cuisines from around the world, I revisit everything with my own twist. My customers appreciate it, and that’s what makes me love my job.”
On the pastries side, there are my classic cookies, chocolate fondant, and lemon tart, complemented by desserts inspired by the season: tart and clafoutis. I also have vegan and gluten-free options.
The extensive drinks menu is complemented seasonally by drinks of the moment and house drinks (fruit and vegetable juices, smoothies, matcha latte, pumpkin spice latte, etc.). We also offer plant-based alternatives.
